Busy and established (12 years) Residential Brokerage specializing in
Luxury Apartment Rentals and Corporate Relocations
offering the position of Rental Manager.
Our company enjoys an excellent reputation in the industry with top landlord and management company relationships developed over years of operation in Manhattan.
Candidate must exhibit specific experience in
Manhattan Apartment Rentals
. Only agents and brokers with specific experience in Manhattan Rentals along with a demonstrable experience in management will be considered.
The Rental Manager will be responsible for advertising, listing properties, recruiting and training of new agents, deal closing and general supervision of a staff of at 25+ agents.
The acceptable candidate must be able to hit the ground running, being able to take over the operation in less than one month.
